A total of 65 Grass Valley, California Mother Lode Gold Country postcards (ALL Postally Used), plus 27 associated matchcovers and 1 booklet [Bret Harte Inn] ; 93 items in all.  There are numerous street scenes and hotel & motel views.  Please be advised that due to the 12-image limit, not all items could be displayed.  And, as is my custom and because of the very subject of this collection, 33 items contain a real California gold nugget from the American River at Coloma.  All items are arranged and contained within a 3-ring binder and are protected in clear archival sleeves.  Because every postcard has been postally used, this unique collection provides an excellent historical archive of the individual visitor experiences & observations, primarily from the first half of the twentieth century.  See pictures for further clarification and please contact us with questions.  Free shipping to contiguous U.S. destinations only.
