Medical mask release ID card.  Printed onto a PVC card digitally and in full color.  Printed as is or can be customized at no additional cost.  Please understand these cards are meant to accompany a medical opinion or doctor's order.  They are in no way meant to circumvent the system.  The cards are a convenient way to provide proof.  Free shipping.  Will ship out same day as order.  After you order please provide the name(s) you would like on your card(s).  If I don't hear from you by 12pm the next day I will send the standard card(s) pictured.  This will eliminate me having to message you and wait for a response thereby expediting your order.   Thanks.
