    ***Only one previous owner so hook-up holes are minimal. Functionally perfect. The pictures where the side looks scratched is only paint that is scratched. The can of this panel was painted white where it was installed and the paint took some scratches but the can is perfectly solid. The face and cover have original factory paint which is in excellent condition. Please look through the photos.***
