Should be installed by an electrician !!!!
C/O  1  Square D six (6) circuit outdoor, rain tight load center, 2 Square D QO250 quick trip breakers, and a lock off to prevent you from having both circuits on at the same time.
There will be 2 single spaces left after the installation of the 2 qo250 breakers.
There is overload protection on both the utility and generator side, breaker has a pad lockable off feature, door on load center is also lockable..
Item is assembled as shown ....What you see is what will be shipped.
