    The Tube Holder is kinda like having a third or fourth hand. Clamp near the tube to be fitted and position the V-plates to hold it, then the flexible straps help with tweaking the tube for a perfect fit. Use the short strap when you are adding horizontal tubes. Or choose the long strap when positioning diagonal to vertical tubes.
