VINTAGE DAYTON HOBART SCALE MODEL STYLE #200 4LB WHITE FARMHOUSE KITCHEN COUNTER

Wow....this is one beautiful scale! It is a Dayton Hobart Style #200.
Here are some great facts on this scale:
based upon the serial # (Hobart confirmed) it was manufactured in 1956
this series was discontinued in 1970
it has a 4 lb. capacity
the scale has been tested and it is still accurate and performs perfectly
on the bottom are 4 small feet that are adjustable so you can level it on a table surface
the small round bubble still has the original level ball so you can tell when it is level (you center the ball in the circle); works great
has some obvious great scuffs here and there giving it some really attractive contrasting patina (looks fabulous on black granite in a kitchen)
has original removable Dayton metal tray
gave this scale a detailed review and decided to have some custom glass made and replaced the front glass so it is clear; huge improvement in weight visibility
