A Vintage Wm Ainsworth & Sons, Inc., Denver Colorado, Made In USA, Anthony H. Thomas, Dealer. Model No. 1-7606, Precision Analytical Balance Scale.
This Wm Ainsworth scale, with a metal and glass body, is in very good condition with only a few minor scratches in the brown paint. The glass is in very good condtion with no cracks or breaks. There is a pull out drawer with a few misc. supplies (only one weight). The front door raises and lowers and stays in the position you leave it in. The back door works fine but it will not stay open on it's own.
This is a delicate instrument and I would not feel comfortable packing it for shipment so it's going to be Pick Up Only at our store, Twin Tiers Antiques Plaza, Corning, NY - No Shipping.
