Richmond’s most famous landmark is the Richmond Bridge, built between 1823 and 1825, around the time of the town’s first settlement, and considered to be the ‘oldest’ bridge in Australia.
Coming in second place was the only NSW town to make the list of the top 10 most beautiful.
Byron Bay, the beach-side haven for influencers and backpackers alike, clocked up an impressive 3,300,000 Instagram hashtags.
While some of the posts likely had less to do with the ‘charm’ of the town, it is still a stunning place to visit.
